14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies if all of the following conditions are met:
- This is your first purchase of a credit plan (Starter, Pro, or Premium)
- You request the refund within 14 days of the payment date
- You are dissatisfied with the conversion quality and have no intention of using the HTML Output generated by Gumson
- You have submitted fewer than 5 conversions in total since the payment
- Neither you, your account, nor your company has previously used the 14-day money-back guarantee
To request a refund, please fill out the refund request form (select "Refund" as the inquiry type and provide your payment email, payment date, and reason). We will review your request within 10 days of submission and notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, which may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect depending on your card issuer.
Other Refunds
In principle, payments not eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee are non-refundable. Credits are one-time purchase items and do not renew automatically. Amounts corresponding to credits that have already been used cannot be refunded.
However, the following cases are handled separately:
- Conversion Failures: Credits used for failed conversions are automatically restored to your account. No separate request is needed.
- Duplicate or Incorrect Charges: If you are charged duplicate or incorrect amounts due to an error in our system, we will issue a full refund upon verification.
- Service Disruptions: If you are unable to use the service for a significant period due to reasons attributable to us, we will grant additional credits or issue a refund for conversions you were unable to submit during that downtime.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal: Under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, consumers may withdraw their subscription within 7 days of the payment date. However, withdrawal may be limited with the user's prior consent once the provision of digital content has commenced—such as when credits have already been used to submit a conversion. In such cases, refunds are processed based on the remaining unused credits.
Credit Policy
- 1 credit is ₩100 (100 credits = ₩10,000). HTML conversion costs 10 credits per 1 million px² of image area (width in pixels × height in pixels, e.g., 1,000×1,000), calculated proportionally by area and rounded up to the nearest integer (e.g., 57.3 credits → 58 credits). Image Studio costs 1 credit per use regardless of the feature, number of images, or resolution.
- Free credits granted upon sign-up are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Purchased credits do not expire and accumulate with each subsequent purchase.
- Remaining credits are forfeited upon account cancellation. Please submit a refund request under the conditions above before closing your account.
